Compass is conveniently located in downtown New Haven, near Yale University and easily accessible from interstates 95, 91 as well as the Merritt Parkway (Route 15). Approximately 3 minutes off interstates 95 and 91, and approximately 10 minutes from the Merritt Parkway.

From Interstate 95 (either direction) or Interstate 91
Take the exit for downtown New Haven and Route 34. From interstate 95 this is exit 47 from interstate 91, this is exit 1. Once on Route 34 immediately switch to the far right-hand lane and continue for less than a mile. Take the first exit (exit 1). At the bottom of the ramp at the light, take a right onto Church Street. Continue on Church Street north for several blocks. Compass is on the right-hand side (just after you cross Chapel Street, and immediately before the pillared Federal Courthouse also on the right). There is meter parking on the street (mostly 1 hour meters). For daily parking, there are a number of parking lots and garages within several blocks of Compass. From the highway, the most convenient garage is Temple Street Garage, which is found by coming off the exit ramp and going straight thru the light (rather than turning right on Church Street).

From the Merritt Parkway
Take exit 61, Whitney Avenue / New Haven. At the bottom of the ramp turn and head south on Whitney Avenue for several miles. About a mile after entering New Haven, you'll pass the Peabody Museum (on your right), and within a few hundred yards Whitney becomes Temple, a one-way street going south as well. Continue on Temple Street for several blocks until you've passed by the entire New Haven Green on your left. At the end of the Green, at the light take a left on to Chapel Street, and then another left on to Church Street. Compass is on the right-hand side (immediately before the pillared Federal Courthouse which is also on the right). There is meter parking on the street (mostly 1 hour meters). For daily parking, there are a number of parking lots and garages within several blocks of Compass. The total distance from the Merrit Parkway to the end of Whitney/Temple is approximately five miles.
